1. Scope of this delivery information

This page explains how orders for Milk Thistle Complex placed through torneva.info are confirmed, dispatched and delivered across the United Kingdom, and how our pay-on-delivery process works in practice. It applies to every order placed via our website order form or by telephone, and should be read alongside our Terms of Use and Returns Policy. It does not cover international deliveries, since we currently ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom. If any part of the delivery process is unclear once you have placed an order, please contact us using the details in section 13 and we will talk you through the next steps.

2. From order to dispatch

When you submit the order form, no payment is taken and no contract is formed immediately; instead, a member of our team telephones you, usually within one working day, to confirm the details of your order and answer any questions before it is dispatched. Once your order is confirmed by telephone, it is typically handed to our courier network within one to two working days. You will not be asked for card details over the phone, since payment is collected by the courier at the point of delivery, not in advance. If we are unable to reach you by telephone after a reasonable number of attempts, we will try to make contact by email before treating the order as unconfirmed.

3. Delivery estimates by region

RegionEstimated deliveryCost
London & South East1–2 working days£2.99
Midlands & East of England2–3 working days£2.99
North of England2–4 working days£2.99
Scotland3–5 working days£3.99
Wales2–4 working days£2.99
Northern Ireland4–6 working days£4.99
Highlands & Islands4–7 working days£5.99

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

4. Delivery costs and payment on arrival

The delivery cost for your region, shown in the table above, is collected by the courier at the same time as the product price of £41.99, so you make a single combined payment of cash or card when your parcel arrives. No delivery charge or product cost is collected before dispatch, and there is no obligation to pay anything if you decide, on the day, that you no longer wish to accept the parcel. Where more than one pack is ordered, the courier will confirm the total combined amount due before handing over the parcel. We do not add hidden charges beyond the price and delivery cost shown at the time your order was confirmed by telephone.

5. What happens if you are not home

If our courier is unable to deliver because nobody is available to accept the parcel, they will typically leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel from a local depot or access point, consistent with their standard process for cash- or card-on-delivery parcels. We recommend providing delivery instructions, such as a safe place or a preferred time window, when we telephone to confirm your order, which can reduce the chance of a missed delivery. If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed after repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or, where appropriate, treat the order as cancelled. Redelivery may be subject to a further attempt at no additional cost, depending on the courier's own policy for the failed attempt.

6. Phone confirmation process

Phone confirmation exists to reduce fraudulent or mistaken orders and to give you a chance to check your order, delivery address and any questions about the product before it is sent out, since no payment is taken until delivery. During the call, we will confirm your name, delivery address, telephone number and the item ordered, and answer any questions you raise about directions for use or delivery timing. You are free to cancel or amend your order at this stage at no cost, as described in our Terms of Use. If you would prefer, you may also request confirmation by email rather than telephone, and we will accommodate this where possible.

7. Data we collect for delivery and legal basis

To deliver your order, we collect and use your name, telephone number and delivery address, and share these with our courier partner solely for the purpose of completing delivery and collecting payment on our behalf. We process this data on the legal basis of contractual necessity, since it is required to perform the contract formed once your order is confirmed by telephone. We do not use delivery data for marketing purposes, and we do not retain more delivery detail than is needed to fulfil and, where necessary, investigate a specific order. Further detail on legal bases generally is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Retention of delivery data

Delivery address and contact information linked to a completed order forms part of our order record and is retained for six years from the end of the relevant financial year, in line with our bookkeeping obligations under the Companies Act 2006. Where an order is cancelled before dispatch and no delivery ever takes place, the delivery details collected are retained for no longer than 24 months, primarily to handle any follow-up enquiry about the cancelled order. Courier tracking data, such as delivery attempt timestamps, is typically retained by our courier partner in line with their own retention schedule, which is available on request. We do not retain delivery data for longer than is necessary for these purposes.

9. Third-party couriers named

We work with established UK courier and parcel-delivery networks capable of collecting cash or card payment on delivery, selected on the basis of regional coverage and reliability for pay-on-delivery parcels. The specific courier allocated to your order may vary by postcode and is confirmed, where relevant, during the telephone confirmation call or in any dispatch notification we send. Our courier partners are contractually required to handle your personal data securely and to use it only to complete delivery and payment collection. We review courier performance periodically and may change providers to maintain consistent UK-wide service.

10. International deliveries and data transfers

torneva.info currently delivers only to addresses within the United Kingdom, and we do not accept orders for delivery outside the UK at this time. Because delivery is domestic, delivery-related personal data is processed within the United Kingdom by our courier partner and does not typically involve an international transfer. Where any underlying payment-processing infrastructure used by a courier's card reader involves a provider outside the UK, an appropriate transfer safeguard, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement, is expected to be in place, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Should we introduce international delivery in future, we will publish updated delivery and transfer information before doing so.

11. Delays and events beyond our control

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by events outside our reasonable control, such as adverse weather, industrial action affecting courier networks, or unusually high parcel volumes around public holidays. Where we become aware of a likely delay to your order, we will try to notify you using the contact details you provided and give an updated estimate where possible. A delay caused by such circumstances does not, by itself, entitle you to cancel a confirmed order, although you retain your right to cancel before dispatch as described in our Terms of Use, and your rights in relation to a faulty or significantly delayed delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

12. Damaged parcels and returns

If your parcel or its contents arrive visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if practical, or otherwise contact us within a reasonable time, ideally within 48 hours, so that we can arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to return a damaged item through the standard change-of-mind process. Please retain any packaging and take photographs where possible, as this helps us investigate with our courier partner and resolve the matter quickly. Standard change-of-mind returns, where the seal remains intact, are handled under our separate Returns Policy, including the 14-day notification period required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We aim to resolve any delivery-related fault report within 5 working days of you contacting us.

13. Complaints and contact

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your delivery, please contact us at [email protected] or by telephone on +44 121 389 4304 during Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30; we aim to acknowledge delivery complaints within 5 working days and to resolve them within 30 calendar days. Where a complaint requires investigation with our courier partner, we will keep you updated on progress if it takes longer than usual to resolve. If you remain unsatisfied with how a delivery-related data protection concern was handled, you may also contact the Information Commissioner's Office, whose details are set out in our Privacy Policy. This delivery information was first published on 3 March 2025, updated on 14 September 2025 to add the regional cost table, and most recently updated on 11 August 2026 to expand the sections on data handling, delays and damaged parcels.
