1. Scope and acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of torneva.info, and the purchase of Milk Thistle Complex from Torneva Wellness Ltd on a pay-on-delivery basis. By browsing the site, submitting the order form, or telephoning to place or confirm an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the site and should not submit an order. These terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We may update these terms from time to time as described in section 15, and the version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.

3. Eligibility to order
To place an order through torneva.info, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and you must be ordering for delivery to an address within the United Kingdom. By submitting the order form, you confirm that the information you provide, including your name, telephone number and delivery address, is accurate and that you are the person entitled to receive deliveries at that address, or have the recipient's permission to arrange delivery there. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect the details provided are false, incomplete or fraudulent. If we decline an order for this reason, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
4. Product information and description accuracy
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient lists and pricing shown on torneva.info are accurate at the time of publication, and full nutrient information is set out on our Ingredients page. Milk Thistle Complex is a food supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, replace medical advice or professional healthcare. Occasionally, despite our best efforts, a description or price may contain an error; where this happens, we will contact you before dispatch to correct the mistake, and you will have the opportunity to confirm, amend or cancel your order at no cost. Images used on the site are representative of the product and packaging but minor variation in packaging design between batches may occur.
5. Orders and pay-on-delivery
When you submit the order form, you are making an offer to buy Milk Thistle Complex on the terms set out on the site; no contract is formed until we telephone to confirm your order, as described in our how-to-order process. No card payment or prepayment is required to submit an order through the website; payment is collected by our courier at the point of delivery, by cash or by card. Because payment is collected on delivery, you remain free to decline delivery, in which case no contract is concluded and no charge will be made. Orders are typically dispatched within one to two working days following telephone confirmation, subject to the regional delivery estimates on our Delivery page.
6. Pricing and correction of errors
The current sale price for Milk Thistle Complex (60 capsules) is £41.99, shown alongside a reference original price of £82.99 where applicable; delivery charges are listed separately by UK region on our Delivery page. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error, whether on the website or communicated verbally, and will inform you of the correct price before proceeding, giving you the option to cancel if you do not wish to continue at the corrected price. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect an order you have already had confirmed by telephone.
7. Cancellation before dispatch
Because no prepayment is taken, you may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched, free of charge, by telephoning +44 121 389 4304 or emailing [email protected] and quoting the details taken during your confirmation call. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is handled under our separate Returns Policy, which explains your 14-day right to notify us of a return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. There is no subscription associated with an order placed through torneva.info; each order is a single, one-off purchase of one pack of 60 capsules unless you separately request more than one pack.
8. Data protection summary
We collect the personal data needed to process your order, including your name, telephone number and delivery address, and technical data such as your IP address when you browse the site, as explained fully in our Privacy Policy. We process order data on the legal basis of contractual necessity, and cookie-related data on the basis of your consent, withdrawable at any time through Cookie Settings. Order records are retained for six years to meet our bookkeeping obligations, while general enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. 10. International transfers
Most personal data collected through torneva.info is processed within the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping through torneva.info. Any unauthorised use of our branding or content may result in a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence in some circumstances. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property right to you.
12. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to use torneva.info in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that could damage, disable or impair the website or interfere with any other person's use of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, submit false information through the order form, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the site. We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, and decline to process any pending order, if we reasonably believe you have breached this section. We reserve the right to report unlawful activity, including suspected fraud, to the relevant authorities.
13. Disclaimers and liability
Milk Thistle Complex is a food supplement and is not intended to replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle; the label and directions for use should always be followed, and you should consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or have an existing medical condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, but nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law. Our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order, except where such a limitation would be unlawful. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 where applicable.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which you are resident, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of that jurisdiction. We aim to resolve disputes informally wherever possible before any formal proceedings are considered, and you should always contact us first using the details in section 17.
15. Changes to these terms
We may amend these Terms of Use from time to time, for example to reflect a change in our delivery process, pricing structure or the law. These terms were first published on 3 March 2025; they were updated on 14 September 2025 to add detail about pricing error correction and cancellation before dispatch; and they were most recently updated on 11 August 2026 to expand the data protection and liability sections. The version applicable to your order is the one published on this page at the time your order is confirmed by telephone.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found by a court or regulator to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms at any time does not waive our right to enforce that or any other provision later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Returns Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Torneva Wellness Ltd regarding your use of the site and your order.
